File Attachments window
Purpose
Use this window to associate documents with a customer. Examples of documents you may want to associate with a customer include scanned and signed waivers, copies of licenses and permits, and contracts.
To access this window
Click Attach on any of the following winodws.

grid columns A right angle bracket (>) identifies the column currently used to sort the grid. The grid may be sorted by File Name or Date Modified. |

File Name |
Displays the name of the files added for this customer. Each is preceded by the customer number. For example, cus1000_FFL.docx. |

Date Modified |
Displays the date the file was created or modified. |
| Show All | Select this check box to display all files related to the customer, including those attached to contracts, contact management records, or tickets. |
Buttons
| Item | Description |

| Find | Opens the Select Attachment File window where you can navigate to a location on your computer and select the file you want to attach to this customer. |
| Exit | Closes the window. |
